Worked together with central members of the marketing team at Levi’s and fellow students from Hult International Business School to reinvent their key account sales process and distribution supply chain.

In cooperation with NuORDER and Bluescape, my team and I worked with Levi’s to reinvent their key account sales process for small and medium sized businesses. We proposed a joint venture between the three companies. Our proposal received interest from Levi’s, and they ultimately initiated the joint venture and implemented our proposal with few and minor changes.

The Levi’s team later reached out to us to confirm that they have completed the internal sales tool and that the tool have received great reviews from their sales team. Our proposal is now in use throughout Levi’s commercial team in the US.
